Migraine stage

Aura

Attack
Light, sound, and smell sensitivity, loss of appetite, dizziness, nausea or vomiting, etc. Duration is 4-72 hours.
Post-drome
Difficulty concentrating, being depressed, having trouble understanding something, etc. This stage is called the migraine hangover and 80% of people experience this stage. The duration may be 1-2 days.
